A Beautiful Mind is amazing!! I've also seen that in school.... I thought it had a really good twist to it.

I watched Star Wars Episode III with commentary yesterday :-XM-: Damn, it's still my favorite movie ever.... I love all six episodes, but none of them make sense without III, they all come together you know?

Yeah, I understand what you mean. It's the last piece of the puzzle. It's also my favorite of the new trilogy. Out of episodes IV-VI... I think I like IV the most. It has the atmosphere of new and wonder that isn't found in the other movies. V has the biggest plot twist and it altogether a "better" movie and an excellent sequel but I still think I like IV the most.

I'm gonna watch something tonight... either Episode II (because I watched Ep. I a few days ago) or something else. Maybe Rambo (the fourth one)...

Yeah it's hard for me to pick between V and VI.... I think I'd have to agree with you in the end though haha. II was one of my least favorites, but it was still great, it established a whole lot of vital stuff. LOL

Me and obi were talking about this the other day.... are you going to show your kids the movies in chronological order (I, II, III, IV, V, IV) or in the order they were made?

I think it'd be a lot better to start with I, sure the twist in V is spoiled, but instead you get the twist of Palpatine being the Sith and Anakin going to the dark side!! That's a much better twist I think.... but thats just my opinion :ph43r:

Wow, you're thinking about kids already?

Hmm... I haven't thought of this before but I think I would show them in the chronological order. It may be easier to get their attention with flashier visuals and a frog-like creature they want to murder. Then again IV was designed to be a gateway to the universe of Star Wars... I'm probably gonna act on impulse so it's no use planning it ahead lol.

Gonna watch "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" as soon as its download finishes on Zune.

I vow to never let my kids watch the Star Wars prequels. When I was younger, yeah, they were alright. I go back and watch them again these and it's like, "wow, really?"

First of all, Jar Jar Binks. I don't really have to go into detail there. Then, the one thing that truly pissed me off about Ep 3 were the battle droids. That was just over the top. Aren't they supposed to be killing machines, not... whatever the hell they were? It made absolutely no sense whatsoever. I don't ever know where to begin with Anakin's character. The main problem I have is whole Jedi Temple massacre. "Yes Anakin, 12 year old kids are really part of a big plot to overthrow the Republic." Some sort of common sense has to kick in at that point. And his whole whinny thing... ugh. If it wasn't for the prequels, Darth Vader would still be one of my favorite SIth. One other small thing I had a problem with was Mace Windu. What a weak way to kill off the most badass Jedi out there. There's other things I could pick at, but I'll leave it at that.

I may have said this before but Star Wars seems to have really gone down hill. The prequels, TV shows and even some of the games seem to be drawing in the younger crowd. Whatever happened to supporting the actual fans, which the majority of them are mature now?

Anyway, have any of you guys ever seen the Boondock Saints? One of my all-time favorites.

Really? LOL I know a lot of people feel that way but I love all of them, it's just each trilogy has a different vibe. The only thing I'd change about Episode 3 is that Qui Gon didn't come back in ghost form :-XM-:

Yeah man Terminator is amazing! Haven't seen the newest one, but I'm hoping it lives up to the hype.

I saw all 3 Matrix films and the AniMatrix for $10 today, didn't pick it up though... grr I'll probably be kicking myself for that one :(

I saw Kick-Ass too, it was pretty good. I've been watching a lot of movies lately but one I really loved was Scott Pilgrim vs the World. You should watch it, it's awesome! :D
